On every course and we try and ask clients to provide feedback and for teachers and schools to fill in our Teacher Feedback Forms which helps us identify areas that we can improve on and also to helps us recognise what we are doing well in too!  Please see a mixture of positive, and constructive comments with notes on how we have addressed them;
